All services are educational and coaching-based in nature.

 

3. Not Therapy or Medical Treatment

 

Lionheart coaching services are not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical care.

Dawn Swayne is a certified ADHD coach and Christian life coach, not a licensed psychologist, therapist, psychiatrist, or physician.

Participation in coaching services does not establish a medical or mental health provider relationship.

If you require therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment, please consult an appropriate licensed professional.

 

4. Personal Responsibility

 

By using this website or participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that:

• You are fully responsible for your decisions and actions
• Coaching provides guidance, support, and strategies
• Implementation of those strategies remains your responsibility

 

Lionheart coaching operates on the belief that clients are morally responsible agents capable of growth, discipline, and faithful stewardship of their lives.

Lionheart respects client confidentiality.

Because coaching is not healthcare, services are not governed by HIPAA, though Lionheart treats personal information with great care and discretion.

 

6. Payments and Refunds

 

Payment for coaching services must be made according to the terms agreed upon when scheduling or purchasing services.

Refund policies for coaching packages or programs will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Missed sessions or cancellations are subject to Lionheart’s scheduling policies.
