MY WORLDVIEW
I am a certified Christian Life Coach so all of my resources and counsel and perspectives are biblically based. I am crazy about Jesus and I want you to be crazy about Him, too. I’m not gonna lie, if you are not a Christian my style of coaching is going to drive you crazy and we’re probably not a good match.

MY COACHING STYLE
I am attentive & passionate, and highly relational so be prepared to hear from me often & check-in often. Most of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, isolated, helpless and/or misunderstood. The kinds of changes they are making requires an intentional and exciting partnership to keep them motivated and encouraged. This is not a typical coaching process where we meet, you have homework & you email me with a question or two from time to time.
I AM ALL IN WITH YOU.
This kind of personal attention is why my coaching practice is so selective.
I WANT TO WORK WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE READY TO WORK HARD FOR THE LIFE THEY HAVE BEEN DREAMING OF SO ARDENTLY.
My style of coaching is full of grace, very personal, dynamic, gentle, encouraging, firm and fun. I say hard things in great love. I say encouraging things in great love. Plus, I've got a killer sense of humor so you’re going to laugh. A lot. I get down to the nitty-gritty in a way that embraces who you are, every part. Even the ugly stuff.
And EVERYBODY has ugly stuff.

YOUR PERSONHOOD
IS SACRED TO ME.
Your life is a sacred space that Christ has created to do something amazing in the world. He has given us GREAT POWER. And with great power comes great responsibility (yes, I am a Marvel geek and I hope you understood that reference). I want to help you create a sacred space where you build a womanhood that is uniquely yours and one you love. I am incredibly encouraging and supportive and I will believe you can be a better woman even (and especially) when you do not.
You are safe here. You matter to me.

I'M BIG ON ACCOUNTABILITY.
I hold my clients accountable for what they say they’re going to do. So be ready for that in our sessions. I'm gentle but I want to help you get to the bottom of any roadblocks or deeper issues. This is the magic of coaching at its best. You will be amazed how much you will accomplish with help to pursue forward-motion towards your goals.

I HELP YOU GET FOCUSED.
My goal is to help you get focused on what you love, value and want from life. I want you to come “alive” in your womanhood and know how to maintain a positive, effective and Jesus-focused perspective on yourself and your world. I want to help you live your priorities day in & day out.

I BELIEVE IN SYSTEMS.
I love to help people design systems that work for them and give them room in their lives so they can do what they really love to do: have a balanced life, spend time with their families and pursue their dreams. One of my favorite things is to go into my clients' homes and help them bring order to chaos. From closets to kitchens to kids' rooms, I have helped my clients exhale in the worst parts of their homes and brought peace to everything from schedules to family rooms to backpacks.

YOUR MINDSET IS EVERYTHING.
I will help you to trust Christ more and let go of patterns of thinking that hinder your ability to live a life worthy of His calling. To work with me is to undergo a paradigm shift in your thinking. Your inner critic and negativity do not scare me. I see past the critics and judges to the loving, capable, strong, brave, inspiring, unique person you are.

TRUST IS RARE AND CRUCIAL.
I live a life of integrity, and therefore confidentiality is imperative. Your whole self is safe with me. You hate your life but wish you didn’t? We can handle that together. Resent your kids for having a childhood you didn’t? No problem. You are safe here.
