Open Coaching

The beauty of Open Coaching is that you aren't locked into anything.

We take it month by month, meeting every other week.

We cover whatever is most meaningful to you.

How It Works

  1. BOOK AN INTRO SESSION! To get started with coaching you need to sign up for an Intro Session. You'll fill out an intake questionnaire when you book. I am very generous during these sessions and you will walk away with clarity about your goals, insight to move forward & action items. You can get a feel for what working with me is like. If you have a referral, then the Intro Session is complimentary.

  2. TAKE SOME TIME TO DECIDE IF THIS IS RIGHT FOR YOU! Talk to your tribe, and know you can ask me any questions about the process. I won't hound you. I will hold your spot for 10 days. If this is what you want you'll reach out & we'll begin.

  3. BOOK YOUR WELCOME SESSION! If you decide to move forward (hurray!), we'll have our intake session and you'll get your Welcome Celebration!! I love to delight my clients and welcome you in style! You'll also sign your Client Agreement and we go over all the nuts and bolts of working together. Depending on the package you have chosen, I'll give you several assessments and questionnaires as well.

  4. OUR JOURNEY BEGINS! You will have access to all of my expertise, resources and overall wonderfulness! You will have a solid idea of your goals, and there will be an action plan/homework for each session. In this way, we get the most out of your time and energy, and you are able to know what is working and what isn't. How many sessions and how long we work together totally depends on you.

  5. COMPLETE YOUR JOURNEY & ENJOY YOUR GROWTH! You did it! We will have a bittersweet but celebratory goodbye session and go over all of your success! I will ask for referrals & a testimonial. And I will always be available for future help if you need it!

Each session will typically begin with these questions, "What is our target for today's session? What is going to make this a great session for you today?"
